Weather pending, the Prince William County paving contractor will resurface the following roads the week of April 19th – Tiffany Lane, Martin Terrace, Patent Circle, Nelson Drive, and Mercer Road. The county selected these roads, with input from the BRMCA board, because these roads have the longest gap between resurfacing, having last been resurfaced in 2013 or 2015 . Based on contractor availability, the county is targeting another round of resurfacing this fall. The BRMCA board will recommend Summit, Duffey, the Warburton turnaround, other roads with long gaps between resurfacing, and heavily travelled roads that are in poor condition. Roads will not be closed during resurfacing, but the sections in work might be impassable for 15+ minutes before the crew permits cars to pass.
